Servicing

We can advise you on your Service Cycles relative to your requirements. We offer Planners which can be viewed digitally. These include all Mandatory dates for the year, including your Mot, Safe Loading pass, tank test and tacho dates. Service Sheets are also digital and are delivered electronically within 48 hours of Service.

Diagnostics

Our trained technicians work with the latest Generation, state of the art diagnosing equipment and specialist tools which enables us to talk with the vehicles ECU making fault finding faster and more cost effective.

Repairs

We cover all aspects of repair from accident damage to brake overhaul, replacement clutches, engine overhauls, gearbox overhauls and drive-train repair & overhaul.

Electrics

We offer all aspects of commercial vehicle electrics to help get you back on the road quicker.

Composite Hose Fabrication

We have a dedicated Composite Hose Bay. We can fabricate Hoses to your requirements such as 3″ Bulk Delivery hoses, 4″ Gravity with cam fittings, 2″ drop hoses, Vapour recovery, all while you wait. Our trained staff test everything beyond its maximum working pressures before issuing a certificate for each one and all hoses come with a one year guarantee.

MOT Preperation

We understand the importance of the annual tests in relation to your OCRS. We present a high volume of vehicles every year at our chosen Authorised Testing Facility and our pass rate is exemplary. Every vehicle has a full chassis and body wash and is presented by one of our IRTEC approved technicians as standard.

Brake test

We offer the very best in Brake Testing. Our state-of-the-art IW 7 Eurosystem, from market leader Maha, is the result of more than 40 years of experience in this critically important technology. Of course the IW 7 Eurosystem conforms to DVSA’s statutory parameters for brake testing of CVs, PSVs and Trailers – and also delivers Class IV and VII approvals.

Welding & Fabrication

Our certified team of welders can undertake a wide array of welding repairs for Commercial Vehicles, and have MIG, TIG and braze-welding equipment, for both welding and fabrication. We also have an increasingly in-demand aluminium welding capability. Our fully equipped workshop is able to carry out a wide range of vehicle, trailer and body repairs, from small curtain tears to full body rebuilds.

Breakdown Cover

If your vehicle is unsafe to drive we can come to you, we have a fully functional mobile workshop with on-board compressor, generator, workshop and diagnostic equipment. We can attend your premise or carry out roadside repairs 24 hours a day 365 days a year.

24hr Facilities

Our workshop is open day and night from 6am Monday until 12pm Saturday. Outside of these hours we provide an out of hours contact number should you require our services.
